I don’t regularly use any products from JLo Beauty although I have, in the past, tried a couple from the line, like the complexion booster, that have worked well when I have a tan

Lately, though, I’ve been seeing a product pop up on my feed that I’m interested in, the most interested I’ve ever been in a JLo product: the eye mask.

They’re pretty new to her line and, naturally, they’re kinda like the way you picture her skin: with a golden translucent glow.

I want to try. But I just went to the website and… it’s surprisingly kinda clunky?

First of all, there’s no menu tap in the top corner of the site the way most online retailers are set up to categorise what you’re looking for.

And then, when you do get to the skincare section, which is where the eye masks should be, at least on laptop, every time you move your cursor over a product, it changes from whatever that product is to the eye mask, and then when you click, it doesn’t take you to the eye mask.

Also, for a newly launched product like the eye mask, you would think it would be front and center on the page but it’s not. Girl,

I am trying to buy but you’re not making it as easy as it could be! And, sure, I could get it at other retailers but why wouldn’t I want to go straight to the source?
